Meet Brent Garcia, Our Newest Boys Empowerment Mentor
Having known Brent for several years through our connection with Cardinal Cushing Centers, Inc., I can say firsthand that he is a kind, generous young man and an ideal role model for our participants.
With a decade of specialized experience in special education, adaptive sports coaching, and school recreation management, Brent brings heart, energy, and deep expertise to our youth empowerment programs. He believes that active, supportive engagement helps young people build lifelong self-worth through movement, teamwork, and inclusive play.
When he isn’t coaching, mentoring, or volunteering, you can find him weightlifting, attending music festivals, or performing magic tricks. We are incredibly grateful to have his positive energy guiding our boys!

The Fearless Focus Boys Program is BACK!! Join us this fall for a five-week journey designed to build confidence, leadership, and resilience.
Dates: 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 11/30, 12/7 Lead Instructor: Brent Garcia Location: Pembroke Community Center
Class Times by Age Group
- Ages 9-12: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Ages 13 and up: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
What Your Son Will Learn
Our comprehensive five-week program provides actionable social strategies and confidence-building exercises. Key topics included in this session:
- Finding Your Tribe (Building healthy peer groups)
- Code of Behavior (Respect and social cues)
- Goal Getters (Objective setting and follow-through)
- Posture & Presence (Non-verbal communication)
- Social Strategies for success.
