Back to school can be a stressful time for kids of all ages. Re-entering the classroom with new teachers, new students and new challenges can be overwhelming both academically and socially. This camp is designed specifically to remind our students of the inner-power they possess and the self-commitment it takes to feel more confident in their abilities. It isn’t always easy, but they won’t know unless they try.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

  • Location: Maria Wood Empowerment Studios, 15 Columbia Road, Pembroke.
  • LUNCH IS INCLUDED! (Pizza and a drink)
  • Bring a morning and afternoon snack and water bottle/preferred drink.
  • Dress comfortably
  • Bring a small head pillow for skin care and grooming relaxation
  • IMPORTANT: Age Groups will be separated during camp except for lunch.

 

⚠ Maria Wood Studio's Refund Policy: Full refund will be given within two weeks of the date your child is registered. After two weeks, a credit will be issued to use for future programs or merchandise.

SELF-CONFIDENCE IS SO FREEING!!

Our “Back To School Empowerment Boot Camp” includes tips, tools, strategies and role playing activities to help your child learn how to navigate more successfully socially. Plus, we will include our signature empowerment foundation topics such as skin care and grooming, posture and presence, social savvy, friendship building, outdoor team building activities, journaling and goal-setting and more!

 

***IMPORTANT: Age Groups will be separated during camp except for lunch.***

We recognize the importance of keeping our students with their peers of similar ages. We will offer separate meeting areas within our studio for this reason and instructors will be available for each age group.
