I was fortunate to be asked to appear on NBC10 Boston this past Sunday, May 6th. Producer Kathryn Shehade heard about my Powerhouse Program and asked if I would come on to speak to LaToyia Edwards, news anchor and “This Is New England” host, to speak directly to this volunteer initiative I began in February 2018. Of course I said yes! (Watch the video below).
The Powerhouse Program is free and designed specifically to help build the confidence and self-esteem of boys and girls of all ages, especially any children who may feel in distress or anxious over any type of bullying.
We will be back in the fall for the Powerhouse Program “Back to School Boost” at the Norwell Athletic Club from 7-8:30pm on 3 consecutive Monday’s: September 17th, 24th and October 1st.
