Weekly practice on the runway and self-awareness of owning the space they’re in, are two important components of helping our students attain a powerful presence.
What is a POWERFUL PRESENCE?: Individuals with a powerful presence appear comfortable and confident. They think clearly and speak influentially, even under pressure. They reflect on their situations, sentiments, and attitudes, and then quickly adapt to each new situation.
Practice makes BETTER not perfect. Confidence and self-appreciation takes practice and the diligence to develop a positive mindset for yourself. No one can make you confident. You have to do the work.
So take a deep breath, stand tall, stand proud, because you got this and you deserve inner-peace and happiness!!
